WMC CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE*
- Payee Services: $57 per month. Social Security sets the fee every year.
- VA Fiduciary: The VA sets the client budget and fees (may allow a fee up to 4%).
- Case Management: $110/hour
- Mileage: Staff are reimbursed for mileage based on the federal rate each year – see current federal mileage rate.
- Guardian Fee: $135/hour
Personal Representative: $135/hour
Legal Fees:
- Attorney: $310/hour
- Legal Assistant: $160/hour
- Annual Reports: $450 flat fee
- Final Reports: $450 flat fee
- Inventories: $610 min flat fee depending on complexity of case – this report includes financial, real property and personal property.
- Court Visitor Report: $610 min flat fee depending on the complexity of case.
Motion to Sell Property: $450 flat fee
Notice of Conservatorship: $450 flat fee
General Services: $60/hour
Conservator Fees:
- Set up: $435 flat fee
- Bookkeeper Fee: $135/hour with a minimum of 1 hour per month
- Administrative Fee: 1.80% of the total assets handled by the Chapter. The value is calculated at the end of each month [($__*.0180)/12] and billed at the end of each quarter (Mar, June, Sept, Dec). Real Property is charged at a flat rate of $250/per year. The real property value is not part of the 1.80% fee collected.
Trust Fees:
- Set up: $435 – flat fee
- Bookkeeper Fee: $135/hour with a minimum of 1 hour per month
- Administrative Fee: 1.80% of the total assets handled by the Chapter. The value is calculated at the end of each month [($__*.0180)/12] and billed at the end of each quarter (Mar, June, Sept, Dec). Real Property is charged at a flat rate of $250/per year. The real property value is not part of the 1.80% fee collected.
