Fees

Fee Schedule 2018

  • Payee Services: Social Security allows the payee to charge 10% but collect no more than $42/month.
  • VA Fiduciary: The VA sets the budget and allows a fee up to 4%.
  • Case Management: $50/hour
  • Mileage: WMC reimburses staff for mileage based on the federal rate which changes yearly.
  • Guardian Fee: $70/hour

Personal Representative: $55/hour or 1% of the estate value. The total fees shall not exceed the amount allowed in the state statue.

Legal Fees:
  • Attorney: $185/hour
  • Legal Assistant: $80/hour
  • Annual Reports: $350 – Information is compiled by the bookkeeper, attorney and legal assistant
  • Final Reports: $350 – Information is compiled by the bookkeeper, attorney and legal assistant
  • Inventories: $500 – Visit to property, photos taken and on file. Compiled by the executive director, operations manager, bookkeeper, legal assistant and attorney.
  • Court Visitor Report: $300 – Personal contact with proposed ward; meetings with parties’ involved and written report for the court.

Motion to Sell Property: $350 – Motion to the court about the buy-sell agreement and price being offered for sale of property and filed by Chapter attorney.

Notice of Conservatorship: $350 – When conservatorship clients own real estate, our attorney files a "notice of conservatorship" with the court to protect the property.

Director Fee: $80/hour – Fee is collected when the executive director is representing our client in a formal/professional matter.

General Services: $35/hour – Fee includes any miscellaneous services or support that does not meet the level of skill for a case management or director charge.

Conservator Fees:
  • Set up: $350 – Fee includes computer set-up, physical set-ups, emails, etc.
  • Bookkeeper Fee: $70/hour with a minimum of 1 hour per month
  • Administrative Fee: 1% of the total assets handled by the Chapter. This is paid by the client on quarterly basis (.25% x 4= 1%). Real Property is charged a flat rate of $250/per year. The value is not part of the 1% fee collected.
Trust Fees:
  • Set up: $350 – Fee includes computer set-up, initial meetings, physical set-ups, emails/phone calls, etc.
  • Bookkeeper Fee: $70/hour with a minimum of 1 hour per month
  • Administrative Fee: 1% of the total assets handled by the Chapter. This is paid by the client on quarterly basis (.25% x 4= 1%). Real Property is charged a flat rate of $250/per year. The value is not part of the 1% fee collected.
